Yan Chen
Founder of Qs School Group
Ms Yan Chen is the visionary Founding Principal of Qs School, bringing a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to education.
With a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Cultural Education and a Master's degree in Business, Ms Chen has a strong foundation in both academic pursuits and professional leadership. Her career has spanned both education and finance, including teaching at Monash and RMIT Universities and working in the Asian market at an investment bank.
Over the past decade, Ms Chen has dedicated herself to coaching, establishing, and leading successful coaching schools. Her passion for academic excellence and her ability to inspire students to achieve outstanding results have been instrumental in the growth of these schools.
Ms Chen's expertise extends to coaching young people in career development. Her curriculum emphasises a multi-faceted approach to learning, combining cyber teaching with traditional classroom methods. She has provided personalised coaching to students at all levels, from primary to university entrance examinations, and has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing young people today.
Her focus is on building people's capacities for personal growth and helping students reach their full potential. Ms Chen's two published books, 'Family Education - the Western and Eastern Parenting Methods' and 'From A to C - To Experience Australia's Happy Education', reflect her commitment to sharing her insights and experiences.
